We've dubbed this gorgeous perch atop a point in Oswald State Park Lover's Point because it's the absolutely perfect spot for a romantic elopement. A short (5 minute)walk (through a lovely meadow) along an easy trail brings you to this breathtaking overlook, complete with a bench if you have a guest or two.
You'll be surrounded by towering forest trees on one side and the majestic Pacific on the other. The pounding of the surf is far below--loud enough to be heard, but in the background enough to not dominate the moment as you and your sweetie exchange your vows.
No permit is needed at this site.
