Cannon Beach is a public beach so you may have your ceremony anywhere along the beautiful shore. Beware, however, this beach gets busy on weekends in the summer and their are very few places to tuck away for a secluded ceremony. it's perfect, though, if you're planning an off-season or mid-week ceremony.
