I'm Richard Kent Matthews and I am looking forward to sharing in one of the most important events of your life-your wedding. This is a joy-filled time for you and I'm honored that you have allowed me to be a part of it.
I have been serving the community in different ways for many years. I've cut hair, spent 15 years caring for the disabled, along with 18 years of progressive ministry, ordained in 1993, and now my focus is on helping you begin this amazing journey that will bring new and wonderful experiences.
Originally from California, I have lived in Colorado, Washington, and Louisiana, as well as two other countries before settling in Oregon in 1986. I performed my first wedding ceremony in 1994. Since then, I've been privileged to help many couples begin their new adventure together.
